Difference between welding & Boilermaking?

Training Requirements
Minimum 18 years. Basic literacy and numeracy required. Fit for workshop tasks. Bring ID and steel-toe boots. For registration bring previous certificates if re-registering. To renew your certificate, bring the expired one.

- Welding safety, PPE and workshop rules
- Welding fundamentals: metallurgy and heat input
- SMAW (stick), MIG and TIG practical modules
- Joint preparation, fit-up, tack-welding and plate assembly
- Destructive and non-destructive testing basics and inspection
- Assessment, weld tests and certificate issuance
