Physical: Fit for manual handling tasks, capable of working at moderate heights (platforms), adequate vision (correctable) and hearing. No uncontrolled medical conditions.
Documents: ID or passport, completed enrolment form, employer authorisation if company-sponsored, proof of payment. Depending on scope employers may require previous heavy vehicle experience.
